100% cotton. Button down the front. 2 slash pockets. In great condition. Gorgeous bright colours with an assortment of roses throughout dress. Wear it as a dress or wear it like a duster . super cool with skinny jeans and boots underneath. Measures 19 inches across chest with garment laying flat, 17 1/2 across waist with garment laying flat and 47 inches long from top of shoulder to end of dress.
