Vintage 1980s* oversized pullover in two tones of grey-beige Front features applique of a fashionable woman walking her dog Silver thread forms the leash, embellishments on her hat and coat, and the sweater's collar and cuffs Drop shoulders and wide upper arms Boxy body Contrast rib knit on collar, cuffs, and hem 80% acrylic, 20% nylon Metallic thread is less than 5% so isn't listed Yarn has a fuzzy appearance that I think is meant to mimic the more expensive alpaca Sized as Small, but because of its design it could fit a modern Medium or even Large Measurements are taken flat, not stretched: Shoulder width: 18.5" Back width: 20.25" Sleeve length (from seam of dropped shoulder): 19.25" In excellent condition: no flaws *"Barbra Sue" in use by Lloyd's Knitwear of Winnipeg from 1968; inactivated in 1995 for failure to renew CA 01036 assigned to Lloyd's Knitwear of Winnipeg in 1972 (when the system was devised) Care symbols date this from 1980 (when we switched to Fahrenheit from Celsius) to 2002 (after which we converted to international care symbols) Oversized style dates this to 1980s Keywords: vintage, 80s, sweater, pullover, grey, gray, beige, dog, woman, embellished, metallic, acrylic, nylon, casual, fun, eclectic grandpa, grandpacore, grandpa style
