Made in Canada black skirt with lining and bottom ruffle. The attached crinoline provides structure to the skirt, making it appear fuller. The skirt has a zipper and two clasps at the waist.
In good condition. There are two small punctures in the fabric (see photo). Dry clean.
Measurements: length 36 inches, waist (side to side) 17.5 inches.
