This is a pretty vintage plisse skirt from the 1980s. It is a petite 14, although it will fit other sizes. It is 100 % polyester navy blue skirt with pink roses/flowers and green foliage. Perfect for the 1980s fashion lover or for someone looking for a more modest look. Elastic waist for comfort and stretch.
