Adorable summer dress with eyelet lace top and peplum skirt over a blue skirt with the lace hem. This dress has an elastic waist and belt loops but no belt. It also has lots of room to stretch so would fit medium to large. Measurements Chest: 28" - 52" Waist: 22" - 38" Length: 42.5"
