Vintage 1980s white button up blouse size large

This is a white 100% polyester blouse from the 1980s. Like any good 80s blouse, it has shoulder pads and really pretty lacy embellishments in front. It also features slits on each side and plastic button with a golden metallic finish. Blouse is sheer along the lacy parts. Best to wear with a cami. I don't know anything about the brand, I guess it's European judging by the size. As vintage sizes differ from today's, I used the measurements to decide on the size. The flat measurements below suggest this is a large. If you are unsure, I would compare the measurements below to a similar item from your closet.
