Vintage 1982/83 G.I. Joe "Flash" action figure toy. Marked on the back as pictured and made in Hong Kong. In very good vintage condition. Some signs of age and use with some surface marks as pictured. No breaks or damage that I can see. Measurements are as follows and are approximate: Height- 3 3/4" Width- 1 5/8"
