Vintage 1984 GoBots Pincher Renegade Monster Bandai Flaws

This figure is pre-owned and in very used condition. The arms are very loose on it. I'm not sure if its complete. There is a lot of stains and scuffs on it. Please see all photos for exact item. The figure is approximately 3" tall.
