Vintage 1984 “Lady Di” inspired ball gown

Vintage 1984 “Lake Di” inspired ball gown. Fitted bodice and waist with flattering V shape in front , big shoulders and puffed sleeves, a Queen Victoria ruffle around neck line, full pleated skirt. Deep black colour. Swishy sounding material when walking. Waist 14.5-15 inches side to side Pit to pit 18 inches Back Shoulder to shoulder seam 14 inches Tag says US 14 but in today’s sizes I would say it would best fit a slender tallish (5’10”) size 12.
