Vintage 1986 Halloween Poncho Witch Child Costume with Paper Mask Norben Tawain

This halloween poncho has never been used but the seal is open on one corner of the packaging. The elastic band on the mask will need to be replaced due to age. There is some wear to the packaging. Please see all photos for exact item. The packaging states that this fits children to 12 years.
