They come in all shapes and sizes, with popular varieties including dinosaurs, reptiles, insects, robots, and chicken eggs. Instructions vary, but most of the toys need to be kept in a cup of water for a few days in order to roughly quadruple in size. While it may seem like magic, their growth is rooted in chemistry.
