For your consideration we present a USED Vintage 1990s Athletic Headwear CFB Gander "Fidelitas" Trucker Hat Here are the approximate measurements: Minimum Circumference: 21" Maximum Circumference: 23.5 " Hat is in good shape for its age. Note there are two light stains on the inside of the hat (see photo). Also, the inside headband has some wear. Hat is undated, but based on the design and tag we assume it is from the mid-1990s.
