Vintage 1990s Louis Feraud Blue Wool Embellished Blazer with Pencil Skirt. Jacket is absolutely fabulous but has some stains and missing 5 rhinestones from the right pocket (not noticeable unless you are close up and looking for imperfections). Made in Germany. Skirt is 100% Wool with 100% silk lining. Jacket is same fabrics — materials tag has been removed.
