Vintage 1990s Louis Feraud Blue Wool Embellished Blazer and Pencil Skirt. Jacket is absolutely fabulous however has some stains and is missing 5 rhinestones from the right pocket (not noticeable unless you are close up and looking for imperfections). Made in Germany. Skirt is 100% Wool with 100% silk lining. Jacket is same fabrics although materials tag has been removed.
