Sweet bright blue party dress from BCBG. Very full skirt has a built in crinoline. The fabric is 32% silk and 68% nylon. This dress still has the tags on it. She is part of an estate sale find and was just never worn. Very full and flirty dress. Great for an event or wedding guest or even New Year Eve or Holiday party.
