Vintage 1990s Stetson Fedora Hat Rainbow Trim

Vintage 1990s fedora hat, red synthetic straw style (not real straw) Sahped crown, rainbow grosgrain ribbon trim. Label inside says Stetson Made in Canada, Size Small. Has original plastic shaping insert which can be removed, if desired.. ***brim is a bit crooked. Someone had applied some felt circles to the inside and the backings are still stuck to inside of hat (see photos)*** Measures 21.5" around inside band (crown at brim). ***Please check head measurement, as vintage hats can fit small***
