Vintage 1990's Union Made sweater

Really cute little vintage sweater. I would describe this as being in excellent vintage condition. No stains or damage. There is no fabric tag but this feels like cotton. There is no size tag but based on the measurements I would say it is a medium. The lay flat measurements are as follows: pit to pit 19 inches length is 22 inches bottom band measures 16 inches
