Vintage 1990's black lampshade tiered blouse NWT size 8

This vintage 1990's top is an estate sale find. Unusual to find vintage that is still NWT. It has medium size should pads that are easily removed by snipping the threads - but that said big shoulder are coming back!. The top is a pull on style and has flutter sleeves with asymmetrical tiered finish front and back. It is lined inside on the top tier. The tag suggests there used to be two pieces but I only have the top. Size tag is 8 and the lay flat measurements are pit to pit of 19.5" length of 20". Made in the USA of 100% polyester.
