Vintage 1990s gothic witchy vampire stretchy velvet skirt

Not lined but due to velvet finish fabric is not see thru, and a line cut will let some fabric gather when wearing. Has a sheer ruffle trim on the bottom. Waist laid flat unstretched is 14.5 but can go up to 18 snugly. Could fit m as well. Length is approx 27 inches
