Vintage 1990s-early 2000s Y2K Hollywood jeans black skirt

Lovely NWOT black skirt from Hollywood jeans. This was bought in 2001 and the tag has been removed but never worn since. Material is like a smooth, silky texture and not denim. Fits waist 28-29”
