Vintage 1991 Hot Air Balloon Dessert Plates ~ NEW

This are in mint condition as they have only been stored in a cabinet since I first purchased them in the States in 1991. The plan was to hang the plates on the wall as art but that never happened. They can be used a plates or wall decor. Hard to find this quality and design. Colours are very vibrant and colourful. Gold trim. Plates are 9.5” diameter.
