It is consistent with the white bubbles throughout the T-shirt, but I'll let you be the judge of that. Signed by the artist as reflected in the second photo. Wildland Tours -A Wildlife Adventure, St. John's Newfoundland, printed on the sleeve. The tags have been removed, but based on the feel of the fabric, my best guess is a polyester, cotton blend.
