Vintage 1999 Mattel Nickelodeon Susie Wizard Halloween Figure Rugrats Doll

This item was never taken out of box. There is one part of the tape that has beep ripped off but the other piece is still sealed. There is some dents and wear to the corners of the packaging from storage. Please see all photos for exact item.  This figure is approximately 5" tall.
