Vintage 20s homemade 3 piece green base, lace and poncho/bib set

i believe this is a Vintage 20s homemade 3 piece set. consisting of the base dress , pictured in middle. a lace overlay dress that can be worn on its own or ontop of the base. has 3 homemade handmade flowers on 1 shoulder and thr same flowers on each side at the bottom. also comes with a lace green poncho/bib that has homemade covered buttons on back and tie on each side. this is an incredible piece of fashion history. i feel it was perhaps made by a person of asian ancestry.
