Vintage 22K Gold Filled (Or Rolled) Ring With Pink Ruby

One of a kind exotic vintage ring with securely prong set pink ruby stone. Possibly from India, Pakistan, or Middle East. Size 5.5. The stone looks natural, but I don't know enough to properly identify and attribute it. Stamped 22 CT LD. I believe it means that the metal is filled with 22 karat yellow gold (or covered with 22 K rolled gold). Some wear on the gold layer, as pictured. But overall it is still a beautiful ring
