With 2 large neon orange and black (grizzly?) bears in the wild, the trees and flowers behind them in neon green and yellow, with orange shading. By Irwin specialties Toronto, Canada. In good vintage condition without pin holes, but if there were tabs, they are missing. There a small smudge just before "Canada" on the tip, and the tip itself with creasing. The back with some blue tack residue. Ca 1960s, The artist signature looks to be Rob Harding (in blue on a rock, under the growling bear). Size: Large - 29.5 inches long (75 cm)
