Vintage 3/4 zip jacket size S made in Canada

This chintz 3/4 zip jacket from the 80 . This is such a great jacket and so unique I feel like it’s from a small maker because of all the details and the workmanship. This jacket does have shoulder pads which could be removed easily by a tailor.
