Vintage 40s Italian Cameo Pendant Gold Wash over Silver

Made in Italy, vintage circa 40s-50s cameo pendant, made out of hand carved shell set in gilt/ gold over silver bezel, hallmarked 800 and maker's mark, it is in good pre-owned vintage condition, some wear/aging signs to the metal in the reverse, as seen in the close up photos, not really noticeable when worn, from a non-smoking environment. Measurements: 2.6x 1.9 cm.
