Vintage size 16, top is recommended for a 38 bra band per tag. I am a 32-34 and would say that's likely accurate, best for 36-38. Bottoms fit like a modern medium. Listed as a medium. Gorgeous high waisted bottom with little skirted detail. Elastic is still good. Set seems to have been seldom worn. Vintage sizes fit much smaller. This will not fit a modern 16, more like an 8-10.
