Vintage 50s Hat Brown Yellow Paisley Topper Netting Veil

1950s vintage women's hat with netting. The brown and yellow paisley printed fabric feels like cotton or a cotton blend. It is quite short and is uniquely adorned with four spirals of fabric. The inner circumference along the inside ribbon measures approximately 16 1/4 inches. The circumference is on the smaller size as it is meant to just rest on the top of the head. The inner circumference measured down by the spiral additions is about 18 inches. Outer circumference is approximately 23 1/2 inches.
