Vintage 50s Persian Lamb Coat

Stunning, original vintage black Persian lamb coat with fur collar. Mint condition. Was my mother's in the 1950s. She had it professionally shortened in the late 60s to keep up with the style of the day. Lining is beautiful and in perfect condition. All closures and ties are in great shape. Has an inside pocket (yay) and two deep exterior pockets. Has been stored lovingly in cedar hope chest wrapped in tissue. No holes, rips, stains, tears or weird smells. Shoulder seam to seam approx 17 inches. Length approx 32 inches Arms approx 24 inches Chest approx 20 Just imagine yourself walking down a cosmopolitan city street cozy and warm and looking so chic in this coat. Pair with jeans and Docs or the highest heels and a pair of black back seam stockings. So versatile and very unique. Having a winter wedding? Imagine this! Persian lamb coats are hard to come by especially in this pristine condition. Sad to see it go but it deserves to walk down some city streets and be worn by someone as stylish as my mother was.
