Vintage '50's Shirley Lee black velvet top with cinch waist/flounce over hips

Vintage black velvet top with cinch waist and flounce skirt over hips. Fully lined with white satin in the flounce and the rest with black satin. . Has 4 covered buttons (in velvet). Made by Shirley Lee and says Junior Petite No size tag but I estimate it would fit a Medium or size 8. The waist is 16 across and the arm holes are small at 6"'. across or 12 " circumference.
