The vintage skirt was well loved but still in good wearable condition.
Measures 26" in the waist and 24" in length, full hip.

May I ask how far this skirt spreads out flat? I’d like to make sure it can fit a crinoline underneath. Thank you!

@carleychung Sorry for taking so long to reply! The skirt isn't a circle skirt bit it is quite full. It measures 50" across the bottom laid flat, or 100" all the way around.
