Vintage Maxi Dress Brand: The House of Nu-Mode made in Toronto, Canada - black velvet upper part of dress - long/maxi length skirt is purple with yellow 'scottie dog' pattern, border along the bottom is larger scottie dogs in brightly coloured squares (yellow, orange, pink) - sleeves are elasticized around the top and arm hole (can possibly be worn pulled down for 'off the shoulder' look, if it doesn't slip around too much) - metal zipper - good vintage condition - some parts of the velvet top have had damage or been pushed down for too long (shown in second last picture collage) and therefore appear shiny. A few mini imperfections in colour on the skirt, also one or two threads have come loose where the arm sleeve attaches to the bodice Measurements (laying flat): shoulder to shoulder 18 inches underarm to underarm 17.75 inches waist 13.5 inches full length 56 inches sleeve length 6 inches I
