Vintage 60s 70s maxi velvet dress, aubergine big statement collar

Amazing vintage velvet dress The dress has a 'union made tag" (see photo) and I estimate it to be from the early u70s or even the 60s Dark purple or aubergine/eggpalnt colour Whimsical bow shaped collar details in front, that are silver sparkly Zipper in the back Slit in front The size tag is faded - please see the measurements below. The dress is photographed on size 8 mannequin and as you can it does not close up all the way in the back The dress is lined on the top part but not on the bottom. I suspect it was altered at some point, and maybe the lining was removed (see the photo for the inside of the dress) Approximate measurements: armpit to armpit: 16", across waist (just under the bow): 14:, across hips: 16", length from the top of the strap: 55" Preowned, vintage, no rips or stain, most likely had been altered 2133
