Vintage 60s Atomic Sputnik Silver Earrings w/Turquoise

A pair of vintage MCM circa late 50s-60s atomic "sputnik" balls dangling earrings with turquoise, made by a Mexican artisan, inspired by creations of Hubert Harmon, the screw backs are signed Alpaca JCR, the sputnik balls are unsigned but test as sterling silver, a rare estate find! Condition: pre-owned, with signs of wear/aging as seen in the photos, age patination, untreated. Measurements: 5.5 cm long, sputnik balls are 1.5 cm in diameter.
