Vintage 60's Blouse Pattern - Simplicity 7870 - Misses 12 - Bust 34

This is a 1968 Simplicity pattern 7870 for a “misses” blouse. The pattern is marked size 12, bust 34. About a modern day size 4 - possibly 6. Note: The pattern HAS BEEN cut, but all the pieces are present. (I think there are 2 double pieces??) NOTE: There are no assembly instruction pages. If you've sewn other blouses, I'm sure it's the same sequence. There is definite wear and marks to the envelope. Please see the pictures for details.
