Vintage 60s Chalkware Dutch Boy Figurine with Dog Rare 9” Tall Home Decor

Rare hard to find this vintage Dutch Boy. He has a pipe and his dog at his feet. Nicely painted. Does have a couple minor chips, please see pictures. He is wearing a grey toque, green scarf, yellow tunic & blue trousers and yellow clogs.
