Vintage 60s “Project Piece” Dress

I say “project piece” because this is a fixer-upper. Listing it with all flaws shown / described as best I can. 100% polyester. Have decided against including belt as shown as it is too damaged. This piece is sheer but fully lined from the chest downward. It is light and flowy, with cool and warm greys, charcoal, and white tones. Button and zipper closure at back. Have confirmed it is from the 60s and is labeled “Randy Collection Toronto.” Some discolorations as pictured. Inner lining is intact but repaired in places. I have unfortunately discovered water damage at the hemline (last picture). Probably a dealbreaker for most, but it is such an interesting piece otherwise I am listing anyway.
