The dress has a rounded neckline, a mid-line placket with 5 fabric covered decorative buttons, a banded empire waist and an a-line skirt. The sleeves have a bit of volume, and are cuffed at the wrist. The cuffs have decorative fabric covered buttons, and a functional snap to close.
