Silky inner slip/lining insures comfort This skirt was designed and made in Paris France and imported for Chez Catherine. Labeled size 44 Waist 13.5 inches Length 26 inches ~ history ~ Chez Catherine (owned by Catherine Hill)was the name of a luxury store that was know to have the highest quality items from top designers. They operated for 30 years and were licences boutiques carrying some of the worlds leading brands. These stores would be found in Montreal, toronto and Florida.
