Vintage 60s pleated skirt

100% wool hand pleaded skirt. This is my mom’s skirt and always stored in a garment bag. It’s in perfect condition. The most beautiful, rich colours. If it fit me, I’d hold onto it! Says size 8 but fits prob like a size 4? Measured flat, 12” at waist and 25.5” long. It fits high waisted.
