Vintage 70/80s wool green fitted blazer with velvet collar ruffled hem size 10

Very good conditon. 50s victorian style fitted jacket. Two button closure in front and black velvet collar. At some cottagecore, academia suiting look. Probably actually made in the 70s/80s looking at the label and the poly/wool blend. Gorgeous muted green color, with collared buttons. Fully lined. Ruffled hem that starts at natural waist. Vintage sizing says 10, but please see measurements below measurements laid flat are 18 inches ptp 15 inches at waist 22 inches in length
