Vintage 70s 80s style polka dot autumn secretary blouse. Too big for me. There is no size tag but I think it would fit a small or medium. It’s quite loose and flowy. Beautiful vertical pleated detail in the front. One button loop closure plus zipper in the back. No defects. Offers accepted!
