Vintage 70s Black Collared Mini Dress

Vintage 70s black ultra mini dress with an exaggerated collar, pleated sleeve details. The buttons are not original, I had to replace them because some were broken. Overall good condition for vintage, only flaw is this small stain on the front as pictured. Tag size 38, would say it fits as a small Bust: 34” Waist: 30” Hip: 37” Offers welcomed, I accept most offer within reason!
