Vintage 70s Floral Peplum Dress XS / S Purple Blue

Gorgeous late 70s early 80s floral peplum dress by Ams’elle Paris. Fits a modern XS/S (see measurements below). In excellent vintage condition. The sleeves are an attached cape that floats over the shoulders and falls asymmetrically across the chest, with a tie up keyhole at the neckline. Waist is elastic, with an asymmetrical peplum over the hips. Skirt is lined. The fabric is semi-sheer viscose with a tulip print.
