Vintage 70s Hawaii Nei blue floral halter maxi dress S/M

Label: Hawaii Nei Material: unknown/acrylic/polyester Bright blue with a darker blue and white floral print, open back with halter neck ties, back waistline is elasticized with attached ties. A slightly thicker soft brushed finish. Condition: a few tiny snags/scathes here or there. Approx size S/M Measurements: chest measurement is pictured, waist 26-28 stretched, hip 38, waist to hem 42. Mannequin: 34 bust, 24 waist, 35 hip, 14½ shoulder. All measurements were taken when the item was lying flat, then doubled and stretched where appropriate. Allow room for fit and ease.
