Vintage 1970s, halter style empire waisted wide leg palazzo bellbottom, flowy Hawaiian print jumpsuit, by Haruko Hawaii. Teal green, moss green, cream, floral design is very flattering, and the fabric is both thick and soft (no material tag but probably a satin poly), EVC, Size L, Pit-18, Under Bust-16.5, Waist-17, Hips-22, Length-47 (from underarm), Inseam-29.
