Vintage 70s Inuvik Parka Enterprises Pure Virgin Wool Parka 3 in 1 Size 12 Fur

RARE Vintage 1970’s virgin wool parka from Inuvik Parka Enterprises. Handmade in Inuvik NWT. Also called the James Bay Parka. Pink 100% Virgin Wool jacket is adorned with appliqué Inuit figures, igloos and polar bears. While the Raspberry coloured outer nylon water resistant storm shell is adorned with Delta Braid whose handmade pattern is unique to the area the maker was from. Wool jacket has a full satin lining and although not labelled as such, I believe it to be a fox fur trimmed hood. Liner and shell can be worn by themselves or together making this a 3 in 1 jacket. Some very minor flaws include slight bleeding and spots on the delta braid (pictured) and a tiny missing trim piece on one of the Inuit figures sleeve cuff (pictured). As well as chipped paint on the metal zipper pulls. Otherwise it’s in EXCELLENT condition. Worn very little. Women’s size 12 (vintage). See photos for measurements.
