How’s the grip on these in the snow and ice? And are they waterproof?

@ainsleycomeau in snow very good, ice not so much, but nothing is good on ice. These are vintage, so not advertised as waterproof- however, these are genuine beaver, so the skin/fur will be waterproof, but seams may not be. Certainly no guarantees
