Vintage 70’s Pink Polka Dot Dress

Vintage 70’s “Pantel” Pink Dress with white polka dots and ruffles on the back and chest. Cute ruffled collar and ruffles on the bottom as well. Tag says size 5, would suit a small/medium. This has very minor signs of pilling here and there but I would consider this in excellent vintage condition. Measurements: Waist 28” Length 41”
